Ordering a Photo Album

So you want to order an album...now what?

1. Contact us and let us know you want to order an album. Payment of half of the design fee is due at this time. You can pay by check or via Paypal. We'll give you that information when you contact us.

2. Select 80-100 high resolution photos you'd like to use in your album. This is for a twenty page album. If you are going to have additional pages, add 4-5 photos per page. Of these photos, select up to 30 that are "must-includes." (This list of file names can be sent in an email.) Make sure the photos are in the order you'd like them in the album, if it's not apparent already.

3. We will either set up an FTP account for you to upload the photos directly to us, or you can mail us a CD with the images.

4. Fill out our style form so we can get an idea of what you like.

5. Within 7-10 working days, we will send you a proof of your album pages. Let us know any changes you wish you make. Be thorough, because only one round of changes is allowed for free. Any changes beyond that will incur an hourly charge.

6. Once we have received those changes, we will send you a final proof within 3-5 business days. After your approval and final payment is made, we will upload the album pages to the printer of your choice. You can then go in and order as many copies as you like, with whatever cover material, etc. (Exception is flushmount albums, which we will order for you.)
